A commercial build-out was undertaken to accommodate the expansion of a rapidly growing medical spa practice. Detailed plans were devised to meet the specific requirements of various treatment machines, such as injections, facial treatments, and a photo room. In addition, a break room for staff, a smaller office for HR, and a carefully designed laundry/product storage room, which also serves as a nurses station, were included. To enhance patient privacy, a private sitting area was added where patients can wait for treatments in a more secluded setting. The entire project was executed in compliance with building codes. This approach allows for maximizing the utilization of limited space.
